MY PHO

VIETNAMESE STREET FOOD

Phở (pronounced like ‘fur’), the national dish of Vietnam, is a soup made with rice noodles (bánh phở), herbs and meat – traditionally beef – and served with a side plate of fresh herbs, bean sprouts, chilli peppers and slices of lime. Start with a sip of the soup, and then go on to create your our individual flavours by adding the accompaniments to taste. By the way, the broth takes more than 10 hours to make, so make sure you give it a try before going over the top with the chillies.
